What your day could look like

You'll make a direct impact on the doctors who care for our communities. You'll support workforce operations that keep our services running smoothly, from coordinating recruitment to ensuring junior medical staff have the right support, rosters, and guidance to succeed. You'll work closely with a collaborative team dedicated to delivering excellent care across our region.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Coordinating recruitment and appointment processes that enable medical teams to deliver safe, timely patient care
  • Developing and maintaining medical rosters that support continuity, efficiency, and high‑quality clinical service delivery
  • Strengthening workforce systems and relationships to ensure medical staff feel supported, prepared and set up for success
