You'll work across a diverse network of adult clinics, school dental clinics, and mobile dental vans reaching communities throughout the region. From larger centres to rural and outreach locations, the focus is on bringing quality oral health care closer to the people who need it most.
About the role:
Step into a senior clinical role where your expertise will make a real difference. You'll deliver high-quality Dental Therapy / Oral Health Therapy within your scope of practice, while promoting oral health at both individual and community levels.Your advanced clinical skills will also support the team, providing guidance, mentoring, and encouragement to less experienced clinicians to help lift the standard of care across services.
A key focus of the role is improving access for children and adolescents, delivering care through fixed and mobile clinics across schools and communities. Depending on your qualifications and service needs, you may also expand your impact by providing care within adult dental clinics.

About you:
- Dental Therapist: Possession of a Certificate in Dental Therapy (or equivalent) and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
- Oral Health Therapist: Possession of a Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
- Radiation Use Licence issued under the Radiation Safety Act 1999, with an appropriate authority is mandatory.
- High level of oral therapy clinical knowledge, expertise and skill.
- Demonstrated ability to work at a higher level as a cooperative member of an oral health team and to rapidly acquire sound knowledge of the operations and functions of an oral health team within Oral Health Services.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $13,113 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
