Your new role:
As a Dietitian within Logan-Beaudesert Health Service, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutrition care while working collaboratively within an interprofessional team by:
- Providing comprehensive clinical assessment, intervention, education and discharge planning
- Managing a diverse caseload across acute, sub-acute and ambulatory settings
- Applying clinical judgement to support effective dietetic decision-making
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to service reporting
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
- Supporting students, assistants and contributing to clinical education
- Engaging in quality improvement and research activities
- Delivering safe, compassionate and patient-centred care
About you:
You are a motivated and collaborative Dietitian who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and continuously developing your clinical expertise, with:
- Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based dietetic assessment and management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within interprofessional teams
- Proven ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and maintain accurate records
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Ability to support education and supervision of students and junior staff
- Interest or experience in service improvement, research or quality initiatives
- A tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
