In this role you will:
• Developing, implementing and evaluating strategic activities in collaboration with a range of government and non-government stakeholders.
• Managing programs, projects and funding contracts with strong financial, governance, organisational and administrative skills.
• Communicating effectively in written and verbal forms to a range of audiences.
• Developing timely and well researched program and funding documentation, briefings, reports and correspondence, demonstrating knowledge of current and emerging issues pertaining to multiculturalism.
• Contributing positively to Multicultural Affairs Queensland's team environment by supporting team members, sharing knowledge and information, and working both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues.

To be successful you will bring:
• Cultural capability and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities' and organisations.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate strategic activities in collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including government and non-government organisations.
• Strong communication and written skills, including experience preparing highquality briefing notes, correspondence, reports and program documentation.
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to equity, inclusion, and building community outcomes through quality programs.
• High-level skills in program management, including financial, governance, organisational, and administrative capabilities.
