Who We Are:

Inglewood P-10 State School caters for approximately 130 students from Prep to Year 10.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:

The successful applicant will become part of the school's administration team, working collaboratively under the guidance of the Principal and Business Manager.

This position is for 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), 6 hours per day, plus an ADO. The role will commence in Week 3 of Term 2 and continue until the end of term, with a high possibility of extension for the right candidate.

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school and ensuring a welcoming, well-organised front office environment.

You will assist staff, students, and families by providing high quality administrative support and maintaining efficient systems and processes. Your role will contribute to smooth communication across the school, accurate record keeping, and the effective delivery of school services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing general day-to-day administrative support as directed by the Principal or Business Manager
  • Assisting with reception duties, including phone calls, counter enquiries, appointments, mail, email, and routine correspondence
  • Maintaining school records such as enrolments, departures, and student information
  • Processing basic financial tasks, including payments, orders, receipting, banking, and invoicing
  • Assisting in the preparation of documents such as minutes, forms, newsletters, reports, and routine correspondence
