As the Program Manager you will lead the delivery of high-quality regional services for the Department of Trade, Employment, and Training (DTET). You will oversee the management of projects and events supporting government and departmental initiatives, while supervising a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional service delivery through effective performance management, workload allocation and capability development.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in a leadership role focused on driving continuous improvement and fostering strong industry and community engagement. In this position, you will conduct high-level research and analysis to address issues impacting the implementation of departmental programs, projects, and initiatives within a regional service delivery context. You will provide expert advice on systems, policies, and procedures to support targeted regional initiatives, ensuring alignment with government priorities for vocational education and training. Representing the region at a local level, you will build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including industry, schools, community organisations, and other government departments. Additionally, you will deliver high-quality written and oral advice on complex issues, preparing detailed reports, briefings, and business cases to support strategic and operational decision-making.
