Your new role:
As a Senior Pharmacist, you will deliver high-level clinical pharmacy services across Redland Hospital and Bayside Health Service facilities, contributing to exceptional patient care and service innovation. You will:
- Deliver advanced, evidence-based clinical pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and training to pharmacists, interns, and support staff
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and research initiatives
- Manage complex clinical workloads, applying independent judgement in medication management and patient care
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes. You have:
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-level clinical pharmacy services in a complex healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in mentoring, supervising, and developing less experienced staff, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
