Your new role:
This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced clinical care and leadership within a high-performing perioperative team.
- Deliver expert clinical nursing care, including assessment, planning and coordination for complex surgical patients
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient theatre flow and optimal patient outcomes
- Manage perioperative consumables and equipment, ensuring quality standards and operational efficiency
- Contribute to education, research and quality improvement initiatives within the service
About you:
You are an experienced perioperative nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with confidence and compassion.
- Proven experience in a Clinical Nurse (or similar senior role) within a perioperative setting
- Strong clinical leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate workflows, prioritise competing demands and support team performance
- Commitment to patient-centred care, continuous improvement, and professional development
