We're excited to welcome a Senior Application Specialist to our Digital Health and Clinical Information Services team (DH&CIS).

The Senior Application Specialist provides leadership and oversight to the data maintenance functions within DH&CIS, developing and implementing strategies to ensure the proactive prevention and timely correction of data quality issues in ieMR and HBCIS.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the DH&CIS provided data maintenance and data quality functions relating to ieMR and the Patient Administration System (PAS); defining work processes and managing the prioritisation and division of work amongst relevant team members.
- Provision of advanced level ieMR and PAS systems administration, application support and data maintenance across all Sunshine Coast Health facilities and community services.
- Overseeing the management of ieMR access audit requirements related to ieMR system security including administration of system access and monitoring of potential inappropriate access (P2 Sentinel Reports), including management of auditing to validate compliance with P2 Sentinel usage guidelines.
- Provide effective leadership, motivation and support the continuous development of the data maintenance and application specialist team in Clinical Informatics.
Remuneration value up to $152,772 p.a., comprising salary between $125,002 - $133,898 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
