We have an opportunity for an experienced people leader and project manager to join our team! As part of the role, you will manage a business improvement program which reviews and improves internal and external (customer facing) business processes using the Lean business improvement methodology. In addition, you will lead and manage a small but effective team, and contribute to the development of strategic, business and operational plans.
Suited for those who:
• Have a high level of communication, consultation, negotiation and liaison skills
• Has a thorough understanding and demonstrated application of Lean business improvement methodology
• Are skilled leaders with the ability to inspire, guide, and influence
