Bundaberg Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Midwife or Clinical Nurse (Neonatal) to join our dedicated Neonatal Unit. This role provides advanced, family‑centred care to neonates requiring specialised support, while contributing to clinical leadership and continuous improvement within the unit. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high‑quality care and support families during a critical time in their newborn’s journey.

- To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within Neonatal Unit with the Bundaberg Family Unit by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $57,202 p.a., comprising salary rates between $56.08 - $60.05 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (Permanent Part Time, 32 hours p.f.).
