About the role

You will deliver evidence‑based pharmacy services across clinical and dispensary settings, contributing to safe, effective and high-quality patient care. Working under the guidance of a Senior Pharmacist, you will rotate through key service areas while supporting best practice, clinical governance and continuous improvement.

  • Providing clinical pharmacy services such as medication history reviews, drug therapy monitoring, discharge counselling and continuity-of-care activities.
  • Managing your designated work area and contributing to safe and efficient pharmacy operations, including documentation, quality initiatives and policy development.
  • Supporting and supervising students and pharmacy support staff through training, mentorship and professional checking of work.

Requirements

      • Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
      • C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
      • Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
      • This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
      • A period of probation may apply.
