Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $2776.90 to $2941.30 p.f. (HWF2)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
As a member of the Cultural Assessment & Liaison Team (CALT), Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drugs Service and Specialist Services Program Area you will participate in and contribute to the delivery of a culturally sensitive and appropriate care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients who access the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drugs Service.
This is an identified position - Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to work with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable):
- Certificate III in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health, or
- Certificate III in Mental Health Peer Work, or
- Certificate III in Mental Health, or
- Certificate III in Alcohol and other Drugs.
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
