What you'll do:
You will lead the systems, governance and performance functions of the Surgery Connect Program, ensuring strong oversight, reliable reporting and continuous improvement. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will manage program and financial governance, analyse performance data to make informed decisions that support effective program delivery. As the Manager you will need to drive system enhancements, ensure compliance with legislation and policy standards to provide clear, well-informed advice to senior leadership relating to the program.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has a high level of leadership, problem solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team covering multiple diverse portfolios.
- Can provide oversight of program and financial governance processes to ensure that Surgery Connect remains a program that supports the ‘safe' transfer of patient records between public and private hospitals.
