About the role:
Indooroopilly State High School welcomes applications for this Full-Time Temporary Administration Officer (AO3) position. As an Administration Officer your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
Deputy Principal Support:
  • Operational event support - plan, order supplies, set up and pack up
  • School photos, Yr 7 & 10 immunisations, year 12 grad, awards, open day
  • Exporting OneSchool/DayMap report
  • Timetabling
  • Enrol students into IM classes
  • working in future timetables as requested by BB/DW
  • Editing spreadsheets for future timetabling purposes
  • QParents admin
  • Accept LowDoc approval requests
  • Point of contact for parents/carers
  • Approve QPAO accounts
  • Exam Timetables
  • Create in OneSchool, enter data as needed, update documents for communication purposes 
  • Support with reporting (e.g. setting up, finalising, editing)
  • QCAA EAs (once weekly for 5 weeks in Term 4 only)
  • Accept deliveries, check off list of materials delivered and reorganise per exam timetable
  • Word processing
  • Creating new documents/spreadsheets for DP reference & whole/part school use
  • Editing and updating documents e.g., staff handbook, senior handbook etc
  • Assist DPs with calendars, appointments, messages
Admin Support:
  • Student Enquiries including ensuring sufficient forms available
  • Photocopier - ensure paper, toner and waste, report faults/maintenance
  • Daily supervisions back up
