About the role
We are looking for a proactive Senior Advisor (Program) (AO6) to join the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program - Program Management Office (BHTSP PMO).
Based in Brisbane CBD (or other TMR work locations by negotiation), this role offers you the chance to contribute directly to improving the safety of Queensland's road network.

As Senior Advisor (Program), you will:
Support the development, implementation, and reporting of program controls and performance for the BHTSP.
Prepare high-quality reports, training materials, and presentations to represent complex data in an accessible way.
Engage and consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate governance obligations, workplace health and safety standards, and legislative requirements.
Provide support in program and project management functions, including financial and document control processes.
Contribute to the development of procedures and guidelines for use across the program.

What you'll bring
Strong report creation and development skills to present data in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with program and project management tools, financial systems, and document control processes.
A strong understanding of project and program control functions, with experience in capital infrastructure reporting environments highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to embrace change, foster creativity, and lead initiatives to achieve successful outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

A criminal history check will be required prior to appointment.
