We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support the General Manager, Investment, Infrastructure and Grants, and the Chief Aviation Advisor. This is your chance to join a collaborative and high-performing team, where your skills will help drive meaningful outcomes for Queensland communities.
About the Role
You will be the ultimate multitasker - manage the calendars and inboxes of senior leaders, coordinate correspondence, and oversee the flow of communication in and out of the branch. Your organisational skills will shine as you arrange regional, national, and international travel, prepare itineraries, and ensure all arrangements run seamlessly.
In addition to providing executive support, you'll contribute to the branch's governance by monitoring and reporting on the progress of initiatives. You'll also provide business services support, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, assisting with recruitment, budget monitoring, financial reporting, processing invoices, and managing corporate purchasing card transactions in line with Queensland Government financial policies.
Your role will also involve supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees, assisting with recruitment processes, and leading or contributing to ad hoc projects. You'll be a key player in fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture that values equity, diversity, and the contributions of all team members.
