About the role

As a Senior Radiographer – Angio/Cath Lab, you will provide specialised imaging services across Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Labs and Hybrid Theatres, delivering safe, professional and timely imaging for patients with complex clinical needs.

You will operate with a high level of clinical autonomy, applying advanced judgement and technical expertise while supporting multidisciplinary collaboration with radiographers, radiologist/sonographers, nursing, medical and administrative staff. The role reports operationally to the Team Leader (Angio) and Team Leader (Cardiac Cath Lab), with professional reporting to the Director of Medical Imaging Services and Radiographer Assistant Directors.

  • Demonstrate high-level independent clinical judgment of complex and varied nature and manage challenges or change calmly and effectively.
  • Perform all approved examinations with compassion, respect and integrity.
  • Provide a patient focused imaging service that is professional and timely.  
  • Demonstrate high performance and teamwork in all aspects of the medical imaging department, including participating in training and education of all stakeholders and all quality and safety requirements.
