We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse to our Persistent Pain Management Service.

The Clinical Nurse (CN) within the Sunshine Coast Persistent Pain Management Service (SCPPMS) provides advanced, person‑centred nursing care for patients with complex and persistent pain needs. Practising autonomously, the CN delivers expert clinical decision-making, leads comprehensive care coordination, and supports multidisciplinary teamwork.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provides nursing in health service settings.
- Is responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care/leadership, management, education and/or research.
- Provides leadership in clinical decision making to give and/or coordinate care to particular recipients of healthcare services.
- Assumes responsibility for professional leadership for a ward, service or unit in the absence of the Nurse Grade 7.
Remuneration value up to $119 554 p.a, comprising salary rates $57.48 - $61.55 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1) (part time position, 67 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months / the duration of the vacancy.
