Director, Program Integration Office – Build and Enable from the Ground Up

Are you ready to shape the future and leave your mark? We're looking for a highly experienced and visionary Director to establish and lead a Program Integration Office that will enable the successful delivery of high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives, driving organisational transformation and operational excellence.

This is your chance to:

• Build the PIO from the ground up, establishing the functions, services, and frameworks that empower program and project teams to succeed.
• Develop and implement best-practice methodologies, tools, and processesto ensure consistency, quality, and transparency across all initiatives.
• Provide expertise in planning, governance, risk management, Program and Project performance, including financial management to ensure programs deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to foster cross-sector partnerships and enable informed decision-making.
• Create a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance, mentoring and empowering diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
