We are looking for someone to join Infor Workforce Management (WFM) (Workbrain) Production Support as a Principal Analyst working primarily on the cut over tasks required for the implementation of WFM in the Health and Hospital's (HHS's). This role will play a key part in coordinating the team, lead the cutover tasks, validating data, liaising with the Business Implementation Team Business Analysts, working with the cutover and data solutions teams ensuring data loads are correct and reconciled. The applicant for this role should have excellent organisational and data analysis skills, be methodical and have experienced in working under pressure.
What you'll do:
As a Principal System Analyst, you will contribute to the development, implementation and ongoing managment of processes and solutions for archiving data from the Queensland Health (QH) Rostering and Payroll Technology Solution in a manner to enable future access, to meet and support the new and ongoing business requirements of QH. You will also support and maintain the rostering solution in accordance with strict information system standard and documentation requirements. The Principal System Analyst also provides document system support and maintenance of work proceedures, workarounds and configuration guidelines, ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practice for user requirements and appropriately comply with recognised Departmental and Government policies and legislation.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Proven experience in analysing and solving complex business issues that relate to the delivery of the pay production process by formulating, documenting and implementing work procedures and configuration guidelines that recognise system and business process integration points that are critical in payroll production.
- Proven experience in the support and maintenance of large-scale rostering solutions (preferably Workbrain IWFM Rostering Modules). The product set for the Queensland Health payroll and rostering solution includes SAP, Workbrain and Finance/Controlling (Fi/Co).
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Government.
