About the Team
The Integrated Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) provides complex secondary and tertiary level health care. CYMHS offers specialised mental health services for families with infants, children and young people (birth to 18 years) who experience severe and complex mental health problems, and where their needs cannot be met by other services
About the Role
How you will contribute to CHQ
In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- Work with the Program Manager and Medical Director QCPIMH to facilitate, support and enhance the abilities and relationships with Mental Health Branch to optimise quality health care for patients, consumers and their families.
- Manage the development and implementation of strategic planning frameworks and integrated planning policies and tools to support the objectives and advocacy of the Queensland Centre for Perinatal and Infant Mental Health
- Develop, advise, implement, monitor and review a range of strategic, operational, service, workforce and capital planning, in accordance with the Integrated Planning Framework.
