Your new role:
As a Senior Psychologist/Case Manager, you will deliver advanced, evidence-based psychological services within the Community Care Team South. You will play a key leadership role in a multidisciplinary environment, supporting consumers with complex mental health needs while contributing to clinical excellence, service development and workforce capability.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-level psychological assessment, intervention and care planning
- Manage complex caseloads with autonomy and clinical expertise
- Provide clinical leadership and act as a key reference point for the team
- Supervise, mentor and support junior clinicians, students and AHAs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Lead and contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives
- Support development of clinical practices, protocols and service delivery
- Drive patient-centred, recovery-focused care and discharge planning
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated clinician with strong leadership capability, passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care and supporting team development.
You will demonstrate:
- Advanced psychological assessment and intervention expertise
- Strong leadership, supervision and mentoring skills
- High-level communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritise effectively
- Sound clinical judgement and independent decision-making
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
- Experience in service development, quality improvement or research
- Passion for improving consumer outcomes and team capability
