This role provides coordination and management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including parliamentary briefings, to ensure accurate, timely and high-quality information is delivered to support executive decision-making and divisional operations.
What you'll do
In this role you will coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare and edit briefing notes and divisional correspondence, track and monitor correspondence workflows, liaise with stakeholders to meet timeframes, and maintain records management systems to support efficient correspondence processes.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has experience managing high volumes of correspondence
- Has strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Has strong organisational and time management skills
- Can manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
