What you'll do:
As the Director of Service Agreement Strategy and Program Management will take lead and responsibility for the development, maintenance, renewal and ongoing coordination of the service agreements between the Department of Health and Hospital and Health Services.
About you:
We are searching for someone who:
- Has highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and positively influence and motivate others and build and sustain effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
- Has knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, health legislation and policy, the Queensland health system and its priorities, operating environment and purchasing and funding model
- Has advanced and applied program management skills from project design through to evaluation of large-scale, complex programs of work.
