What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge, expertise and skills in contemporary cancer care clinical pharmacy practice and knoweldge of hospital pharmacy service delivery and medication management.
- High level ability to participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices.
- High level ability to provide training, direction, and guidance to health clinicians.
- Ability to proactively contribute to team objectives within the pharmacy as well as the broader multidisciplinary team.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- The position requires the incumbent to have completed (or be willing to complete) the EviQ Anti-cancer drug administration course (ADAC).
