Key Responsibilities
- Case manage a range of students to strengthen engagement through inclusive and differentiated classroom practices
- Work collaboratively with teachers to implement targeted adjustments and high-impact teaching strategies, including co-teaching and intensive support
- Liaise with parents, caregivers and internal/external support agencies to coordinate effective Inclusive Education services
- Coordinate support with AVTs and therapists to enhance student access and participation
- Monitor student learning, engagement and behaviour to inform responsive intervention strategies
- Contribute to the school's explicit improvement agenda through innovative inclusive practices
- Support staff professional growth through coaching, mentoring and participation in faculty-based professional learning teams
- Work strategically with staff to strengthen curriculum, pedagogy and inclusive education programs across the school

- Full or provisional QCT registration
- Australian working rights or valid visa
