About the Role:

Indooroopilly State High School welcomes applications for this exciting leadership opportunity.

You will join a team of experienced educators and school leaders and work with highly capable young people within an engaged school community that fosters strong connections between home and school.

The successful applicant will demonstrate initiative and play a leading role in supporting students' engagement with school so that every young person has the opportunity to achieve their personal best.

Responsibilities include:

  • Senior Secondary student management and outcomes (Overseeing Pastoral Care Y10-12)
  • Teaching & Learning - Pedagogy & Curriculum
  • Leading (with EP and Junior School Principal) AIP and Strategic Plan
  • Workforce Planning (Overseeing HR Committee and SBS)
  • Day 8 return
  • Line Managing Deputy Principals - Year 10, Year 11, Year12
  • Line Managing HOY - Year 10,Year 11, Year 12
  • Supporting Middle Leadership Development
