What We're Looking For

- You know how to rally a team towards a shared mission. Whether it's inspiring your staff, coordinating stakeholders, or meeting ambitious goals, you bring out the best in people, even in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- You're a builder - of systems, structures, and processes. You know how to establish governance that's thoughtful, transparent, and forward-thinking, ensuring programs thrive and meet their objectives with impact and integrity.
- Your powerful communication skills command attention. You have a talent for crafting compelling reports, strategic plans, and presentations, sharing rich stories and insights that influence decisions and create real change.
- Equity, diversity, and cultural respect define your leadership style. You champion inclusion and foster a workplace where everyone - particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples - feels valued, safe, and supported.
While we value experience in tourism, it's your passion and commitment that matter most. If you don't have all the industry knowledge yet, come with the curiosity, drive, and flexibility to learn quickly and make a lasting impact.
