Your new role:
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred mental health services as part of a multidisciplinary community care team.
- Manage a varied caseload, applying evidence-based practice and independent clinical judgement under appropriate supervision
- Collaborate closely with consumers, carers, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal care outcomes
About you:
You are a motivated and collaborative clinician who is committed to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred mental health care.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical services in psychology, occupational therapy, or social work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement of clinical practice
- Ability (or willingness to develop) skills in clinical education, supervision, and participation in service improvement initiatives
