As a Food Safety Supervisor, oversee the day to day implementation of food safety in the workplace and apply and monitor food safety requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Ensure ordering, food preparation, cooking production, presentation methods and distribution services are in accordance with the food safety program.
- Prepare meals for special dietary requirements
- Rotate stock and monitor the quality of stock received
- Report maintenance requirements
- Have the skills of a Food Safety Supervisor
What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Proven knowledge and application of cooking requirements and techniques.
- Proven ability to follow standard recipes and catering procedures.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain records and documents relevant to the position.
Mandatory Requirements
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Possession of an Accredited Food Safety Supervisor qualification. It is a requirement of this position that the qualification must be obtained within three (3) months of commencement in the position if not already held.
