Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- Provide technical expertise in the design, configuration, and implementation of IAM solutions.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of IAM systems to ensure efficient and secure service delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams and business areas to support the integration of new applications into the IAM platform.
- Lead the deployment of IAM solution components across development, testing, and production environments.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance IAM service delivery.

Desired skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, PowerShell/C#, and Ping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
