Start a new journey with West Moreton Health! The primary purpose of the role of Human Resource (HR) Officer is to provide the first point of contact for West Moreton Health employees and leaders seeking support from HR. The HR Officer provides support and assists the HR Team in providing customer focused, timely and quality support to its clients across West Moreton Health.
Temporary Part time opportunity – 45.6 hours per fortnight to 30 June 2026, and then 22.8 hours per fortnight to 10 January 2027!

What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire a working knowledge of human resource frameworks and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Competent computer skills, or the ability to rapidly acquire skills, in a variety of applications including Microsoft Office programs and electronic systems including but not limited to SAP, DSS and ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines, including the ability to problem solve and exercise good judgement based on available information
- Ability to provide a flexibly, responsive client focused service which reflects West Moreton Health's #everyoneisaleader framework.
