About the role
This role is in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal team with a focus on National Disability Insurance Scheme Appeals. You will represent client's and provide advice and information to vulnerable Queenslanders by phone, video conference and face to face and provide minor assistance including preparing letters, documents, applications, complaints and submissions.
About you
You will have experience or can demonstrate the ability to quickly develop knowledge and experience in the legal practice area of NDIS Appeals. You demonstrate the capacity and willingness to represent clients, provide legal advice and to learn new areas of law. You deliver information clearly, concisely and effectively to clients with complex needs and stakeholders and use the principles of trauma informed practice.
