Your new role:
In this role, you will deliver advanced inpatient psychology services while supporting team capability and service improvement through:
- Delivering evidence-based clinical psychology and/or neuropsychology assessment, intervention and evaluation in an inpatient setting
- Managing a complex caseload within a collaborative interprofessional team
- Providing clinical leadership, supervision and support to junior clinicians and students
- Contributing to service development, quality improvement and research initiatives
- Acting as a key clinical reference point within the psychology team
- Supporting patient-centred care, discharge planning and continuity of care
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated clinician who brings strong clinical capability and leadership to a fast-paced environment, with:
- Proven expertise in delivering high-quality clinical psychology and/or neuropsychology services in inpatient or complex settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and complex caseloads
- Experience providing supervision, training and support to developing clinicians
- A proactive approach to service improvement, research and evidence-based practice
- Eligibility for registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist (with Clinical and/or Health endorsement highly regarded)
