About the role:
This is more than just a Clinical Nurse role – it's your chance to lead from the front. You'll coordinate outpatient services, support clinical teams, manage referrals and waiting lists, and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. From complex clinical decision-making to mentoring staff and driving quality improvement, no two days look the same. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly while continuously improving how care is delivered.
About you:
You're a confident and capable RN who's ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership role. You bring strong clinical judgement, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working as part of a team. You're a natural communicator, a problem solver and someone who genuinely cares about delivering great patient outcomes. Bonus points if you enjoy mentoring others and have a passion for improving systems and processes along the way.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $131,923 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $57.48 - $61.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
