What you'll be doing

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • High level secretariat and administrative support including the ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and bring tasks to completion, along with providing support to the Leadership Team.
  • Perform duties with minimal supervision by establishing priorities and collaborating to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate and undertake the processing of the teams' HR requirements, mailing, filing, data entry, typing of legal documents and records management.

What we're looking for

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to deliver a high level customer service within a multi-disciplinary team environment, prioritise a workload, and establish good work practice by focusing on the client.
  • Ability to verbally communicate needs, messages and information with clarity and sensitivity while interacting professionally and effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to plan and provide high level administrative support with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other relevant systems i.e. S4Hanna, etc. to maximise your efficiency and work outputs.
