This role provides effective strategic and operational leadership, professional support and high-level advice to the Executive Director, Corporate Enterprise Solutions. This position is key to driving strategic engagement initiatives to support integration across the Branch, the Corporate Services Division and the broader Health system. The position is also key to the successful delivery of the Branch’s strategy function.

Your Key responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning for the Branch including enterprise level solution planning, portfolio and demand planning and the delivery of workable operational plans in an outcome-driven environment.
- Lead the delivery of the Branch Engagement Strategy, including effective liaison and negotiation with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, HHSs, clinical networks, vendors, staff and unions.
- Lead engagement with stakeholders by ensuring that their needs, expectations and interests are included in operational planning, delivery and evaluation.
Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Demonstrated high level ability to lead and manage both at a strategic and operational level, a business unit that is focussed on supporting and integrating quality services within a performance management and outcome driven environment.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge in service and operating models and ability to lead effectively strategic and operational planning for a complex ICT and service delivery portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing performance frameworks and delivering business improvement projects in a large complex service delivery environment.
