Key competencies (role specific criteria)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability to enter data into a computerised rostering solution in an accurate and efficient manner with experience (or the ability to rapidly acquire the skills) to utilise rostering adjustment solutions.
- Well-developed communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service to various stakeholders in a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment to meet established processing timeframes to ensure team outcomes are achieved.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise standard business processes and apply to all work processed to ensure accurate and timely pay outcomes.
