Your new Role:
This senior executive role provides single-point leadership for all medical, pharmacy and medical imaging services across Bayside Health Service. You will drive clinical governance, quality and safety, and service performance while overseeing workforce, budgets and contracted services. Working closely with the Executive Team, you will lead strategic planning, implement operational and business plans, and ensure services meet community needs. With a strong focus on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement, you will influence system-wide outcomes and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.

- Lead and support medical, pharmacy, and imaging teams across multiple sites.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to deliver safe, sustainable services.
- Champion clinical governance and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with staff, clinicians, and the community through clear communication.
- Think strategically to plan, improve, and shape services that meet current and future needs.
