Your new role:
As a Senior Dietitian within the Community Services Team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across community and residential settings, supporting patients both in-person and via telehealth.
- Provide comprehensive dietetic assessment, intervention and evaluation as part of an interprofessional team, managing a complex and varied caseload
- Deliver advanced clinical judgement and act as a key clinical resource, supporting team decision-making and care coordination
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated Dietitian who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about delivering patient-centred care.
- Demonstrated high-level clinical expertise in delivering dietetic services across community settings, including telehealth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage a complex workload, applying sound clinical judgement and delivering safe, effective care
- Experience in supervision, training and contributing to service improvement or quality initiatives
