By providing advanced level pharmaceutical advice, knowledge and guidance, you will lead the ongoing development, integration, maintenance, and support of pharmacy-specific systems for Queensland Health and its clients. These include, but are not limited to, i.Pharmacy, eLMS, ScripTraker, Mini-PAT applications as well as integrated Pharmacy Data & Automated Systems supported by the CISSU Pharmacy Team.

What you'll do
- Provide operational and professional leadership of the Configuration Support team, supporting the use of CISSU Pharmacy applications, including but not limited to i.Pharmacy, eLMS, ScripTraker, Mini-PAT and integrated Pharmacy Data & Automated Systems such as QHERS and Pharmacy Robots, ensuring defined service levels and executed work requests are met in accordance with Demand Management principles.
- Responsible for the workforce management for the Configuration Support team including but not limited to rostering, HR and payroll management, professional development and performance appraisals to achieve alignment, enhancement and efficiency in the service delivery.
- Provide clinical advice, education, training and mentorship to all members of the CISSU Pharmacy Team, and actively pursue professional development and learning opportunities, and contribute to professional knowledge, expertise and skills through research, publications and presentations.
- Provide high quality, effective and efficient advice and subject matter expertise to users of CISSU Pharmacy applications across Queensland Health's business, both within and outside the pharmacy area.
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of hospital pharmacy practice to ensure that supported applications are configured and maintained in the most appropriate manner.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire advanced knowledge, of supported applications including i.Pharmacy, eLMS, ScripTraker and Mini-PAT.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level operational and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team, including workload allocation, performance management, conflict resolution, professional development, and creating a supportive, high-performing team culture.
- Demonstrated experience in evidence-based practice to facilitate novel, complex multidisciplinary clinical decisions in response to problems of significant scope.
- High-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, advise, and work collaboratively with senior business, clinical, technical and vendor stakeholders.
Specific working conditions
- The successful applicant must hold a tertiary qualification, or equivalent, in Pharmacy, and be registered with AHPRA.
