Your Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of category management and procurement strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders that deliver long-term value and benefits to the organisation.
  • Drive early procurement engagement in significant spend areas to maximise procurement's impact.
  • Drive the development and implementation of demand management initiatives for assigned sub-categories, based on agreed customer needs and priorities that maximise the value secured from each dollar spent.

  • Undertakes objective, systematic analysis and draws accurate conclusions based on evidence.
  • Evaluates projects to understand critical factors for success and engages in activities whilst dealing positively with uncertainty and coping effectively in an environment characterised by change.
  • Builds and sustains relationships with a network of key people internally and externally. Works collaboratively and operates as an effective team member.
