Step Into Your Next Chapter:

As Deputy Principal, you will work in close partnership with the Principal to lead school improvement, with a specific focus on early years education.

You will play a key role in:

  • Driving early years pedagogy and continuity (Prep-Year 3)
  • Strengthening transition pathways through partnerships with local kindy networks
  • Building a strong culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high expectation
  • Building staff capability in multi tiered systems of support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve educational outcomes for all students, with a focus on early years learners
  • Instructional leadership of quality teaching and learning practices
  • Foster strong, positive relationships between students, staff, families, and community stakeholders
  • Model ethical, values-based leadership aligned with the Deputy Principal role
  • Embed socially just and inclusive practices across the school
  • Set and maintain high standards for student achievement and staff performance
  • Lead strategic, future-focused initiatives aligned with school priorities
  • Manage resources effectively to achieve school goals
  • Drive improvement through evidence-based practices and data literacy
