Your new role:
As a Clinical Nurse within the Mental Health Inpatient Units at Logan Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while providing clinical leadership across the multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver advanced clinical nursing care, including assessment, care planning and coordination for patients with complex mental health needs
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to nursing staff, contributing to a safe, collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, risk management activities and adherence to clinical standards and protocols
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse with strong clinical expertise in mental health, committed to delivering compassionate, recovery-focused care.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex patient care autonomously
- Strong leadership capability, with experience in mentoring, supervising and supporting multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective working relationships
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice
