Glenmore State School is seeking an Administration Officer to support the Principal and Business Manager. Duties include reception, managing enquiries and correspondence, maintaining student records, and assisting with staff administration and finance tasks. Strong communication, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential. This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.50FTE), 37.5 hours per fortnight.

About the Role

Provide administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager, including reception duties, maintaining student records, and assisting with staff administration and routine finance tasks. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, managing correspondence, organising appointments, supporting school records (e.g. enrolments and incidents), coordinating staff support tasks, and processing payments and invoices. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally with a range of stakeholders.
