Your new Role:
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC), you will provide advanced clinical leadership within the Southern Queensland Centre of Excellence at Inala Indigenous Health Service. Working in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager, Nurse Educator and multidisciplinary team, you will deliver expert care across child and family wellness and chronic disease, while shaping service improvement, education, and research. This role combines direct patient care with high-level consultancy, governance, and workforce leadership to ensure culturally safe, evidence-based practice and better health outcomes for First Nations Peoples.

The Directorate's priority will focus on ensuring all First Nations Peoples receive high quality person-centred care, that is culturally responsive and empowers self-care and choice.
