About the Role

Provide advanced coordination and clinical leadership in mental health and alcohol and other drug services, delivering high-quality assessment, treatment and case management alongside service providers. Working within a multidisciplinary Rural & Remote Health Care team across Torres and Cape communities, the role provides senior clinical guidance, supervision, mentoring and capacity building, supporting care across all ages and portfolios.

TCHHS warmly encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nurses to apply. Cultural knowledge, lived experience, and connection to community are highly valued and strengthen the care we deliver across Cape York.

Why This Role Matters

As part of Torres and Cape HHS, your work directly supports some of Queensland's most unique and remote communities. You'll help improve health outcomes, support recovery, and empower individuals and families - all while growing your own professional and personal capabilities.

You'll be welcomed into communities that value connection, culture and collaboration, giving you experiences that shape you both as a clinician and as a person.
