About the role
Temporary opportunity to provide clinical care, knowledge, skill and experience in the assessment and management of people with foot disease in a tertiary hospital setting as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver podiatric clinical services within a discipline specific or multidisciplinary team in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Actively participate as a member of the podiatry team and the broader multidisciplinary healthcare team at The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH).
- Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities.
- With the support of senior clinicians, provide clinical education and systems-based training tasks for podiatry students attending TPCH.
