About the role:
Ready to level up? This role is all about bringing your advanced clinical skills to the table. As an Allied Health Advanced Clinician in Rehabilitation and Geriatrics, you'll lead the charge day-to-day, guiding a multidisciplinary team and making a real difference in how care is delivered.
Working side-by-side with medical and nursing teams, you'll design, test, and refine smarter ways to support patients with complex needs, all while championing innovative practices that move the needle on outcomes.
By teaming up with Allied Health leaders, you'll grow capability across the workforce, support the next generation of clinicians, and strengthen services so they're more reliable, effective, and ready for what's next.

About you:
- You've got the qualifications to back you - an Allied Health degree and the right registration (AHPRA or relevant professional membership). Tick!
- Serious clinical smarts in Rehabilitation and Geriatrics, and confident making complex decisions in a fast-moving, team-based environment.
- Whether it's mentoring clinicians, supporting students, or guiding teams, you enjoy helping people grow and perform at their best.
- You work seamlessly across disciplines, build strong relationships, and know how to bring people together to get things done.
- You're not afraid of the tricky stuff. You can navigate tough conversations, manage competing priorities, and work through challenges with professionalism and confidence.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $14,385 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $73.12 - $76.30 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
